The application of prefabricated components (PCs) is accelerating the transformation traditional building model to supply chain, and it also places higher requirements on suppliers. How efficiently select high-quality suppliers has become an urgent problem for engineering general contractors. This paper fully considers characteristics elements supplier selection, combining Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) analyze process building. Based PCs, we establish a selection evaluation index system PCs Next, construct through Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) Back Propagation (BP) neural network, verify feasibility sample data simulation sex.
